{"id":18532,"date":"2017-10-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-10-25T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/domus.sebserver.com\/?p=125"},"modified":"2017-10-25T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-10-25T00:00:00","slug":"property-prices-increasing-faster","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/domus.sebserver.com\/fr\/property-prices-increasing-faster\/","title":{"rendered":"Spanish property prices are increasing faster than EU and Eurozone averages"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eurostat recently reported a 5.6 per cent increase in the value of residential property in Spain over the last twelve months, compared to a 3.8% rise in the Eurozone and 4.4% in the EU as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>The highest annual increases in house prices in the second quarter of 2017 among the Member States were recorded in the Czech Republic (13.3%), the Republic of Ireland (10.6%) and Lituania (10.2%). The figure in Spain is an encouraging 5.6%, following a 2% rise during the second quarter of 2017 alone.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/properties\">Spanish property<\/a> is now valued at 3.2% higher than a year ago, showing twelve months of consecutive rises.
